Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Indore.

The Interior

Designer will be responsible for developing interior concepts for residential, commercial, and institutional spaces, aligned with ABM Furnitures’ modular solutions and client requirements. Day-to-day tasks include creating design layouts, space plans, and material boards; coordinating FF&E; selections; and preparing detailed drawings for production and installation. The role involves collaborating with in-house designers, project managers,



and clients to refine designs, ensure feasibility, and maintain project timelines and budgets.

The Interior

Designer will also conduct site visits to assess conditions, oversee implementation quality, and support any design-related adjustments during construction and installation.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Interior Design and FF&E; (fixtures, furniture, and equipment) selection and coordination.
- Candidates should possess skills in Space Planning and Architecture fundamentals to optimize layouts and circulation.
- Candidates should possess skills in preparing and reading Construction Drawings and technical documentation.
- Relevant academic background such as a diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools).
- Strong visualization, aesthetic judgment, and attention to detail, with an understanding of materials and finishes.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in office.
- Prior experience in modular furniture, commercial interiors, or institutional projects is an advantage.
