We are looking for a creative and experienced Interior Designer with 3+ years of experience in residential and commercial interior projects. The candidate will be responsible for client handling, space planning, design development, and coordinating with site teams to ensure proper execution of designs.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet clients to understand requirements and preferences.
- Develop 2D layouts and 3D design concepts.
- Prepare detailed working and technical drawings.
- Create mood boards, material boards, and presentations.
- Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and material specifications.
- Coordinate with site engineers, vendors, and project managers.
- Conduct site visits to ensure design execution as per drawings.
- Suggest materials, finishes, lighting, and furniture selections.
- Ensure projects are completed within timeline and budget.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor s Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
- Minimum 3+ years experience in residential and commercial interiors.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, or similar tools.
- Robust knowledge of materials, finishes, and furniture detailing.
- Good communication and client presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
