Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in the Pune Division.

The Interior

Designer will collaborate with clients to understand their needs, develop design concepts, and translate these into detailed plans for residential, commercial, and corporate spaces. Daily responsibilities include space planning, selecting materials and finishes, preparing mood boards and presentations, and coordinating with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure design intent is executed accurately. The role involves creating and reviewing construction drawings, specifying FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and conducting site visits for measurements, supervision, and quality checks.





The Interior

Designer will also work closely with the manufacturing and project management teams to align design solutions with modular production capabilities, timelines, and budget requirements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Interior Design and Architecture skills, with the ability to develop creative, functional, and aesthetically cohesive concepts.
- Candidates should possess robust Space Planning skills to optimize layouts for usability, comfort, and productivity across residential, commercial, and corporate projects.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Construction Drawings, including detailed plans, elevations, and sections suitable for execution and coordination with site teams.
- Candidates should possess expertise in FF&E; selection, including furniture, fixtures, and equipment that align with design vision, budget, and durability standards.
- Proficiency in design and visualization software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and familiarity with 3D rendering tools.
- Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to present concepts and manage feedback constructively.
- Ability to work in office in the Pune Division, manage multiple projects, and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams and vendors.
- Prior experience in modular interiors or manufacturing-led interior solutions is an advantage.
