About the Role

We are looking for an Interior Design & Visual Experience Specialist with a strong understanding of interior design, visual aesthetics, spatial composition, and current design trends.

You will help define what rooms and interior experiences should be created for our 3D/AI-powered visualizer, ensuring that every room is visually appealing, commercially relevant, realistic, and effective for showcasing tiles and surface products.

You’ll work closely with interior designers, 3D artists, product/client teams, and AI/visualization teams to continuously improve our room library.

What You’ll Do

Room & Experience Planning

- Plan new rooms across living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms, dining areas, lobbies, commercial spaces, outdoor areas, and other architectural spaces.
- Define room style, mood, layout, furniture, materials, camera angle, composition, and visual direction.
- Ensure rooms provide strong surfaces and compositions for showcasing tiles and other products.

Trend & Design Research

- Research current and emerging interior design trends, styles, materials, colors, layouts, and architectural aesthetics.
- Study references from Pinterest, Houzz, Instagram, design publications, and other relevant platforms.
- Convert design trends into practical concepts for new visualizer rooms.

Visualizer Quality & Review

- Review existing rooms and identify outdated designs, repetitive styles, weak compositions, poor camera angles,



and missing categories.
- Review completed 3D rooms and provide explicit design feedback before publication.
- Help establish visual quality standards for the room library.

3D Artist Collaboration

- Work with 3D Max/interior artists to turn concepts into production-ready rooms.
- Provide mood boards, references, sketches, and visual directions.
- Guide requirements for furniture, materials, lighting, camera position, composition, surfaces, and architectural elements.
- Review iterations and guide artists toward the intended final result.

Client & Product Requirements

- Understand room requirements from clients, manufacturers, designers, and internal teams.
- Convert requirements into explicit design briefs for the 3D team.
- Balance client requirements with the overall quality and consistency of the platform.

Room Library Strategy

- Maintain a diverse, high-quality room library rather than simply increasing the number of rooms.
- Identify gaps and prioritize new room concepts.
- Maintain variety across styles, room categories, layouts, colors, customer segments, residential and commercial spaces.
- Recommend when rooms should be redesigned, replaced, or retired.





What We’re Looking For
- Background in Interior Design, Architecture, Spatial Design, Visual Merchandising, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of interior design principles, aesthetics, composition, proportions, materials, and color.
- Good knowledge of current interior design trends.
- Experience creating, reviewing, or directing interior design concepts.
- Ability to communicate visual ideas clearly to 3D artists.
- Understanding of 3D visualization and interior rendering workflows.
- Strong research skills and an eye for discovering new design references.
- Ability to balance design quality with commercial/product requirements.

Good to Have
- Experience with 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, or similar tools.
- Experience working with architectural visualization or interior rendering teams.
- Experience in tiles, flooring, surfaces, sanitaryware, furniture, or interior products.
- Experience with digital visualization platforms or configurators.
- Experience creating mood boards, design briefs, and visual references.
- Understanding of how camera perspective, lighting, and composition influence product presentation.

What Success Looks Like The goal is not simply to create more rooms. The goal is to build a room library where every room has a reason to exist — contemporary, realistic, visually strong, commercially useful, and effective for showcasing products.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
