Role Description The Interior Design Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for overseeing interior design and fit-out projects from concept to completion. This role includes coordinating with clients to understand project requirements, developing space plans and design concepts, and guiding the preparation of construction drawings and documentation.

Manager will manage project schedules, budgets, vendor relationships, and site execution to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. Day-to-day tasks involve leading design reviews, collaborating with contractors and suppliers, tracking progress against milestones,



and resolving on-site issues. The role also involves ensuring adherence to safety standards, design intent, and client specifications, while maintaining clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Interior Design and Space Planning, with the ability to translate client requirements into functional, aesthetic solutions.
- Demonstrated Project Management experience, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in Construction Drawings and technical documentation, with familiarity in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit or similar tools).
- Knowledge of Furniture design and selection, including materials, finishes, and vendor coordination.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience managing interior fit-out projects, preferably in commercial or residential environments.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines on-site.
- Familiarity with local building codes, safety standards, and construction practices in India.
