Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQs
- Analyze design plans and specifications
- Liaise with vendors for competitive pricing
- Collaborate with design and project teams
- Track material prices and market trends
- Support tendering with pricing breakdowns
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Experience in estimation for interior projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and estimation tools
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Knowledge of local materials and vendors preferred
