Role Description The Interior Architect will be responsible for designing and optimizing the salon’s interior spaces to reflect the brand’s creative, trendsetting identity and enhance the client experience. Day-to-day tasks include developing interior concepts, creating detailed layouts, collaborating on space planning, and overseeing interior fit-out execution to ensure functionality, aesthetics, and compliance with safety standards. The role involves working closely with salon leadership, contractors, and vendors to select materials, finishes, lighting, and furnishings that support operational efficiency and brand consistency.

This is a full-time,



on-site role based in Ahmedabad, requiring regular presence at the salon to monitor design implementation, coordinate with stakeholders, and make on-the-spot design decisions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Interior Architecture and Architecture to design integrated, functional, and aesthetically aligned salon spaces.
- Candidates should possess skills in Interior Design and Interior Fit-out to manage materials, finishes, detailing, and execution from concept to completion.
- Candidates should possess skills in Space Planning to optimize layout for client flow, staff efficiency, safety, and overall experience.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in Interior Architecture, Architecture, or Interior Design.
- Experience in commercial or hospitality interiors; salon, spa, or retail design experience is an advantage.
- Proficiency in design and visualization tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and ability to produce drawings and presentations.
- Strong attention to detail, project coordination skills, and ability to work in office with contractors and vendors.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with creative, client-focused teams.
