Role Description The Inter CA role at Apollo Group Mining is a full-time, on-site position based in Gandhinagar. The individual in this role will support accounting, finance, and compliance activities, including preparing and reviewing financial records, assisting with budgeting and cost analysis, and helping maintain accurate ledgers and documentation. Day-to-day responsibilities may include handling invoices, supporting taxation and audit processes, reconciling accounts, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

The role also involves assisting senior finance professionals with financial planning tasks, adhering to regulatory requirements, and contributing to process improvements within the finance function. This position offers exposure to practical corporate accounting in a dynamic mining environment.

Qualifications

- Active Inter CA qualification or equivalent professional stage in chartered accountancy and a strong foundation in accounting principles.
- Proficiency in basic accounting tasks,



including ledger management, account reconciliation, and preparation of financial statements.
- Familiarity with taxation concepts, audit support, and compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
- Comfort with accounting software and productivity tools (e.g., MS Excel, ERP or finance systems), with an ability to learn new tools quickly.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation and reporting.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting financial information clearly.
- Ability to work in office in Gandhinagar, manage deadlines, and handle multiple tasks in a structured, organized manner.
- Prior internship or experience in a corporate finance or accounting environment, preferably in industrial or resource sectors, is an advantage.
