Integration Consultant – SAP SuccessFactors & CPI

Location: Remote (India)

Shift: General IST

Job Type: Contract / C2C

Compensation: Up to ₹1.42 LPM (₹17.04 LPA)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Integration Consultant to lead the end-to-end integration design, development, and delivery across SAP SuccessFactors, SAP ECP, SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI), and third-party systems. This role primarily supports Time Tracking and Payroll integrations.

Key Responsibilities

- iFlow Development: Design, build, and optimize SAP BTP Integration Suite / CPI iFlows for SuccessFactors, Time Tracking, Payroll, and external systems.
- Architecture & Review: Review integration designs, error handling, monitoring protocols, and build quality.
- Testing & Support: Coordinate SIT/UAT, troubleshoot defects, support cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
- Collaboration & Governance: Partner with BTP teams on middleware, security, and landscape setups; maintain RAID logs and runbooks.

Required Qualifications

- Experience: 6 to 8 years in SAP Integration.
- Core Technical Stack:



SAP SuccessFactors, SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI), and SAP ECP.
- Functional Scope: Direct hands-on experience with Payroll and Time Tracking integrations.
- Core Skills: iFlow troubleshooting, SIT/UAT execution, third-party system integrations, error handling, and production support.
