Role & responsibilities

- Design and establish enterprise-wide integration architecture to enable seamless communication between systems.

- Analyse existing applications, data exchange points, formats, connectivity requirements, and technical environments.

- Develop and implement secure, scalable integration frameworks and solutions.

- Define current-state architecture, identify gaps, and design target-state integration strategies.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and enterprise architects to meet integration requirements.

- Develop and monitor integration KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics.

- Lead the development, deployment, and maintenance of integration frameworks and related artefacts.

- Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture standards, governance policies, and best practices.

- Integrate enterprise applications with third-party systems, cloud platforms, COTS products, and internal systems.

- Create detailed integration blueprints, including system interactions and data exchange models.

- Design and implement solutions for data flow, transformation, and system communication.





- Address integration challenges related to security, governance, scalability, and compatibility.

- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support.

- Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration designs, processes, and procedures.

Preferred candidate profile

- 12+ years of experience in integration architecture, system design, or enterprise architecture.

- 5+ Years of experience in BFSI Domain (Preferred)

- Robust expertise in integration patterns, middleware technologies, APIs, microservices, and messaging systems.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and hybrid integration solutions.

- Knowledge of data formats such as JSON, XML, and industry integration protocols.

- Familiarity with API management tools, ESB, iPaaS solutions, and event-driven architecture.

- Strong understanding of security standards, governance frameworks, and compliance requirements.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Experience working in cross-functional and distributed teams
