- Role Context and Purpose

As part of the development and industrialisation of data exchanges between the Groups applications, the Information Systems

Department is seeking a Lead Integration Architect for the Workato platform.

The role holder is the technical authority for the Workato platform. They define architecture principles, organise and secure the integration lifecycle, coordinate the Workato development team based in India, and work closely with Application Managers,

Infrastructure and Security teams, and business stakeholders.

- Key Responsibilities

Integration Architecture

- Define, document and maintain the Group’s integration architecture standards.
- Design data exchanges between SaaS applications, ERP, CRM, HRIS, BI and business applications.
- Analyse requirements, recommend appropriate integration patterns and validate technical choices.
- Ensure the reusability, performance, maintainability and security of integrations.
- Contribute to architecture reviews and anticipate the impact of application changes.

Workato Platform Governance

- Define naming, development, documentation and deployment standards.
- Organise the management of development, test and production environments.
- Control access, roles, connections and secrets in line with least-privilege principles.
- Implement best practices for version control, peer review and production releases.
- Monitor platform capacity and usage, licences and obsolescence risks.

Development Coordination and Delivery Oversight
- Provide functional coordination for the three Workato developers based in India.
- Qualify and prioritise requests together with the Head of Group Applications.
- Allocate work, clarify expected outcomes and monitor delivery progress.
- Organise solution design and code reviews, and validate quality before delivery.




- Support team capability development and promote knowledge sharing.
- Operational Responsibilities

Project and Demand Management

- Contribute to project scoping, technical workshops and workload estimates.
- Translate functional requirements into clear and feasible integration solutions.
- Identify dependencies, technical risks and security prerequisites.
- Coordinate internal contributors, software vendors and external partners.
- Provide regular updates on progress, decisions and risks.

Operations, Support and Continuous Improvement
- Provide Level 3 expertise for complex integration incidents.
- Define monitoring, alerting, recovery procedures and operational instructions.

Lead Integration Architect (Workato Platform)

INFORMATION SYSTEMS DEPARTMENT | GROUP APPLICATIONS

- Analyse recurring incidents and drive corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor indicators covering availability, reliability, performance and processing time.
- Maintain documentation that can be effectively used by support and development teams.

Security and Compliance

- Apply Group security requirements to connectors, APIs and exchanged data.
- Ensure the protection of sensitive data and the traceability of processing activities.
- Contribute to risk assessments, audits and remediation plans.
- Ensure compliance with change management and production release processes.
- Candidate Profile

Essential Technical Skills

- Proven expertise in Workato and the design of integration recipes.
- Strong command of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, XML and authentication mechanisms such as OAuth 2.0.
- Experience with Cloud and SaaS architectures,



error handling and integration monitoring.
- Full command of the development lifecycle: design, testing, deployment, operations and documentation.
- Ability to diagnose complex incidents and recommend sustainable solutions.

Desirable Skills

- Knowledge of an ERP solution such as Unit4 and a CRM solution such as Salesforce.
- Experience with Git, API management platforms, DevOps or other iPaaS solutions.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, Power Platform or ETL tools.
- Experience working in international, multi-vendor application environments.

Education and Experience

- Higher education qualification in computer science, information systems or an equivalent field.
- Significant experience in application integration, ideally at least seven years.
- Proven experience with Workato or a comparable iPaaS platform, ideally at least five years.
- Experience in technical coordination, solution reviews or functional leadership of a distributed team.

Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential. Proficiency in French is strongly preferred. The role involves regular collaboration with teams located in France, Morocco, India and other international Group entities.
