LOGOS INTEGRATED PLANNING MANAGER –

Department: Global Logistics

Reports To: Sr Manager of LogOS

General Summary

We are looking for an inspirational & experienced FMCG / CPG professional who will manage the Global Integrated Planning Transformation in Kraft Heinz. This role will be an extension of the GCOE team. This strategic role focuses on implementing integrated planning initiatives across global operations, driving continuous improvement, and building collaborative partnerships to optimize integrated planning performance worldwide.

Owning execution and capability building for Supply Planning, Inventory, MRP and Waste pillars within Logos.

Responsibilities

- Implement the Integrated Planning Strategy across the different zones in the globe
- This responsibility involves piloting and rolling out standardized planning methodologies that balance short-term execution with long-term strategic alignment.
- It requires translating planning processes into practical execution frameworks that each region can adopt while maintaining flexibility for local market conditions
- Drive Continuous Improvement projects on Demand, Supply and Materials planning
- Implement standardized processes & systems transformation to drive PDCA.
- Identify improvement opportunities through data analysis, implement changes systematically, and scale successful initiatives across global markets.
- Address challenges such as demand volatility, inventory imbalances, and supplier constraints through cross-functional collaboration
- Ensure visibility of planning metrics and KPIs




- Establish comprehensive dashboards providing visibility into critical supply chain metrics across all zones.
- Define and track KPIs and translate data signals into actionable insights to drive decision-making
- Engage with all global markets to understand their needs & challenges and drive projects
- Develop understanding each region's unique challenges, business requirements, and strategic priorities through direct engagement with local teams.
- Prioritize initiatives and customize planning strategies that address regional variations while maintaining global consistency.
- Serve as a bridge between global strategy and local execution.
- Lead LOGOS respective pillars execution governance, content management and maturity analysis, supporting and coaching the regions in gap closure plans for process and performance improvement.

Qualifications

- Master or Bachelor`s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or Operations Management;
- 5+ Years Experience in FMCG / CPG environment in Supply Chain, ideally in planning

Required Skills

- Deep knowledge of S&OP; process management in a retail (make-to-stock) environment
- Project management experience,



with demonstrated ability to drive process improvements
- Proven proficiency in problem solving, utilizing industry-standard querying tools, and multiple data delivery implementation.
- Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as BI platforms, data visualization tools, and analytical software are a plus.
- Strong communication skills - both verbal and written (English)
