We are looking for a Technical Consultant with strong technical, development and integration skills, combined with solid insurance domain knowledge. The candidate should be able to understand insurance business processes and translate business requirements into scalable CRM and digital solutions.
Responsibilities
- Configure and develop enterprise CRM and digital solutions.
- Understand and translate insurance business processes into technology solutions.
- Work with Freedom UI, Business Processes, objects, data models and workflows.
- Design and implement REST API and OData integrations.
- Develop and troubleshoot integrations using JSON/XML, OAuth and webhooks.
- Perform data mapping, transformation and validation.
- Integrate enterprise platforms with third-party applications.
- Develop custom backend functionality using C# / .NET where required.
- Use JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML and CSS for UI and customization requirements.
- Work with SQL and relational databases for data analysis, validation and integration.
- Support SIT, UAT, deployment, go-live and production troubleshooting.
- Prepare technical specifications, integration documentation and solution designs.
Technical Requirements
- Experience with CRM / enterprise application configuration and development.
- Freedom UI & Business Processes.
- REST APIs & OData 4.
- JSON / XML.
- OAuth / API authentication.
- Webhooks and third-party integrations.
- C# / .NET.
- JavaScript / TypeScript.
- SQL / relational databases.
- API testing and troubleshooting, preferably using Postman.
- Understanding of middleware and integration architecture.
- Git / version control is an advantage.
Insurance Domain Knowledge Essential
- Strong practical knowledge of insurance business processes is required.

Preferred
- 3–7 years of experience in CRM, enterprise applications, systems integration or technology consulting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and client-facing communication skills.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and work in a consulting workplace.
