Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Insurance Claim Surveyor to inspect and assess insurance claims. The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting field inspections, verifying damages/losses, collecting required documents and preparing accurate survey reports for claim settlement.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit claim locations for physical inspection and assessment.
- Inspect damaged vehicles/property/assets as per the assigned claim.
- Verify the circumstances and details of the reported loss or accident.
- Take photographs and collect necessary supporting documents.
- Assess the extent of damage/loss and prepare survey reports.
- Coordinate with customers, workshops, insurance companies and other concerned parties.
- Verify bills, estimates, invoices and other claim-related documents.
- Identify discrepancies or suspicious information and report them to the concerned authority.
- Submit accurate reports within the required timeline.
- Maintain proper records of assigned claims and inspection reports.
- Follow company policies, insurance guidelines and applicable regulations.

- Basic knowledge of insurance and claim procedures.
- Good observation and analytical skills.
- Ability to conduct field visits independently.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and documentation.
- Ability to prepare clear and accurate reports.
- Honest, responsible and professional attitude.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Automobile/Mechanical/Insurance-related qualification or experience will be an advantage.

Salary ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience, skills and interview performance.

Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should be comfortable with field work, customer interaction and documentation. Candidates with experience in automobile inspection, motor insurance claims, workshop operations or insurance survey work will be preferred.
