Role Description The Insurance Trainer is a full-time, hybrid role based in Delhi, India, wi. This role is responsible for designing and delivering training programs on insurance products, policies, and processes relevant to the logistics and transportation ecosystem. Day-to-day tasks include conducting classroom and virtual training sessions, creating training materials and job aids, and updating content when regulations or internal procedures change.

Trainer will assess skill gaps, evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics, and provide ongoing coaching to team members in operations, sales, and support functions.



Collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure compliance, risk awareness, and consistent understanding of insurance-related workflows is an important part of the role.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of insurance concepts and practices (e.g., policy terms, claims handling, risk assessment) relevant to logistics or transportation.
- Experience in training or learning and development, including designing curricula, preparing training content, and facilitating in-person and virtual sessions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex information in clear, easy language.
- Proficiency in using digital tools for training (e.g., video conferencing platforms, learning management systems, and basic office productivity software).
- Ability to analyze performance data and feedback to improve training programs and address knowledge gaps.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple training initiatives.
- Comfort working in a technology-driven environment and collaborating with operations, sales, and product teams.
- Prior experience in insurance, logistics, or transportation sectors is preferred; a bachelor’s degree in business, insurance, or a related field is an advantage.
