Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell health and life insurance policies to individuals and businesses.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through leads, networking, and cold calling.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable insurance plans accordingly.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients for long-term engagement.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Keep up-to-date with insurance products, industry regulations, and market trends.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and policy details.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Health or Life Insurance sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven sales performance and target achievement record.
- Knowledge of insurance products and industry compliance standards.
- Bachelor's degree preferred (not mandatory).
