About the Role We are looking for a self-motivated and responsible Operations Executive to support the day-to-day operations of our insurance agency, covering Life, Health, and General Insurance. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with data, documents, Excel, insurance software, and technology. More importantly, we are looking for someone who thinks independently, learns quickly, takes ownership of tasks, and can identify and solve problems without needing constant supervision.

Key Responsibilities Handle day-to-day operational activities for Life, Health, and General Insurance business.

Manage policy-related documentation, data entry, updates, renewals, endorsements, claims-related coordination, and other operational requirements.

Maintain accurate customer and policy records.

Work with insurance platforms and software such as iMagic, Mine Insurance, and other systems used by the agency.

- Use Microsoft Excel effectively for maintaining records, preparing reports, tracking policies, analyzing data, and reconciliation.
- Use AI tools effectively to improve efficiency, automate repetitive tasks, organize information, prepare documents, and solve operational problems.

Coordinate with insurance companies, customers, agents, and internal team members when required.

Track pending activities and follow up to ensure timely completion.

Identify errors, missing information, or process gaps and take appropriate action to resolve them.

Assist with basic accounting, payment tracking, commission calculations, reconciliations, and other financial/administrative tasks.

Perform basic mathematical calculations accurately.

Create and improve operational processes, spreadsheets, checklists, and trackers whenever required.





Take initiative to make necessary additions or improvements to existing processes rather than waiting for detailed instructions.

Maintain confidentiality and accuracy while handling customer and insurance information.

Skills &

Qualifications Required Good English communication skills – speaking, reading, and writing.

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Comfortable using computers and learning new software.

Ability to learn and use insurance software such as iMagic and Mine Insurance.

Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT to improve productivity and efficiency.

Good basic mathematics and numerical ability.

Basic understanding of accounting and financial transactions.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good organizational and follow-up skills.
