Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise AI Solution Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-scale AI solutions across the Insurance value chain. The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI, enterprise architecture, AI governance, and insurance business processes including Underwriting, Claims, Policy Administration, Customer Service, Distribution, and Risk Management.

The architect will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, data teams, and technology leaders to define AI strategy, build scalable AI platforms, and drive AI-led business transformation while ensuring governance, compliance, security, and regulatory adherence.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise AI Strategy & Architecture

- Define enterprise AI architecture roadmap aligned with business and IT strategy.

- Architect scalable AI and GenAI platforms for Insurance business functions.

- Develop reusable AI reference architectures, patterns, and frameworks.

- Evaluate and recommend AI platforms, LLMs, and cloud-native AI services.

- Lead enterprise architecture reviews and technology governance boards.

Insurance Domain Transformation

- Drive AI adoption across:
