Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Insurance Agent role based in Sehore.

The Insurance

Agent will identify potential clients, explain LIC’s life insurance products, and recommend suitable plans based on clients’ financial goals and protection needs. Daily responsibilities include meeting clients in person, conducting needs assessments, preparing and presenting policy proposals, and assisting with documentation and policy applications. The role also involves maintaining ongoing relationships with policyholders, providing after-sales service, handling queries and claims-related guidance,



and participating in local marketing and outreach activities to grow the customer base.

Qualifications

- Robust expertise in Insurance Sales and Insurance, with the ability to explain policy features clearly and transparently.
- Knowledge of Insurance Brokerage practices and understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- Basic to intermediate Finance skills, including financial planning concepts and assessment of client needs and budgets.
- Excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on building trust, empathy, and long-term client relationships.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in relevant local languages and in English or Hindi.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales and service targets.
- Comfort with fieldwork, client visits, and on-site engagement within Sehore and surrounding areas.
- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a degree in finance, business, or related fields is an advantage.
- Prior experience in insurance or financial services is preferred but motivated newcomers willing to learn will be considered.
