- We are looking for an experienced Insurance Business Leader to build and scale our insurance distribution business.

- The role will be responsible for building the distribution network from the ground up, including recruitment and onboarding of insurance agents, POS/POSP, sub-brokers, referral partners and other distribution associates.

- The person will lead their training, activation and ongoing engagement, while driving insurance business across Life, Health and General Insurance.

Key Responsibilities

- Build Insurance Distribution Network

- Develop and execute a strategy to build PROSPERi5's insurance distribution network.

- Identify, recruit and onboard Insurance Agents, POS/POSP, Insurance sub-brokers / distribution partners, Referral partners, Other relevant intermediaries

- Build a robust pipeline of potential distribution partners and continuously expand the network.

- Develop relationships with experienced insurance professionals and high-potential individuals looking to build an insurance business.

- Recruitment &
- Team Building

- Set monthly and quarterly recruitment targets for agents, POS/POSP and other partners.

- Build a structured recruitment process covering identification, onboarding, certification, training, activation and productivity.

- Eventually build and manage a team of agency managers / sales managers / distribution executives.





- Establish clear productivity benchmarks for the distribution network.

- Ensure all recruitment, onboarding, training and sales activities are conducted in accordance with applicable insurance regulations and company policies.

- Design and conduct regular training programs for agents and distribution partners.

- Organise product and sales training in coordination with insurance companies.

- Develop ongoing learning programs to improve partner productivity and product knowledge.

- Insurance Company &

- Product Management

- Build and maintain relationships with insurance companies and their distribution teams.

- Coordinate product launches, training, campaigns and incentive programs.

- Work with the internal team to identify products suitable for different customer segments.

- Ensure the distribution team has access to relevant product information, sales material and digital tools.

- Business Planning &

- MIS

- Prepare monthly and quarterly business plans for the insurance vertical.

- Prepare regular MIS and business reviews for all partners / agents, products.

- Analyse performance and take corrective actions where required.

Experience - 7 - 12+ years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in agency, distribution, channel development or business development.
