– INSTRUMENTATION ENGINEER

Key Responsibilities

- Manage field instrumentation for critical parameters such as pressure, temperature, level, and flow.
- Monitor and maintain DCS, PLC, ESD, and Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS).
- Coordinate calibration, testing, and preventive maintenance of sensors, transmitters, control valves, and other instruments.
- Troubleshoot instrumentation and control-loop issues and conduct root-cause analysis.
- Minimize equipment downtime through effective breakdown and preventive maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with applicable API, ISA, IEC, and plant safety standards.
- Read and interpret P&IDs;, instrument datasheets, loop diagrams, and logic diagrams.
- Coordinate with Operations, Electrical, Maintenance, and Project teams for smooth plant operations.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Diploma in Instrumentation / Electrical Engineering:



Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, or Process Plants.
- B.E./B.Tech in Instrumentation / Electrical Engineering: 3–4 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, or Process Plants.
- Strong knowledge of process instrumentation, control loops, DCS, PLC, ESD/SIS.
- Good understanding of P&IDs;, instrument datasheets, loop diagrams, and control systems.
- Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, calibration, and maintenance skills.
- Experience in refinery, petrochemical, or Naphtha Cracker Plant operations will be preferred.

Compensation ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and suitability.
