- Installing, calibrating, and maintaining instruments and control systems
- Execute scheduled calibration routines on various process instruments, including flow meters, pressure transmitters, Pressure gauge, Temperature gauge and temperature sensors, to maintain measurement accuracy.
- Perform preventative maintenance on control valves, actuators, and analytical equipment to ensure their operational reliability and extend service life
- Diagnose and resolve complex faults in instrumentation, electrical wiring, and control loops to minimize process downtime and correct system malfunctions.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of all maintenance, calibration, and repair activities for regulatory compliance and internal record-keeping.
- Interface with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) to troubleshoot and support automated process controls.
