Role Description The Instrumentation and Electrical Supervisor is a full time, on-site role based in Mundra. This position is responsible for supervising installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical and instrumentation systems across industrial and infrastructure projects. Daily tasks include planning and allocating work to technicians, monitoring progress, ensuring adherence to safety procedures and standards, and resolving technical issues at the site.

The supervisor will review drawings and specifications, coordinate with project engineers and clients, prepare reports, and maintain documentation related to work quality, safety,



and compliance. The role also involves conducting toolbox talks, supporting audits and inspections, and contributing to continuous improvement of operational efficiency and reliability.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, industrial electrification, cable laying and termination, earthing and bonding, and street lighting.
- Experience with instrumentation systems, control panels, field instruments, and troubleshooting of electrical and control circuits.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise teams of technicians, allocate work, monitor progress, and maintain discipline and safety on-site.
- Familiarity with safety standards, labour regulations, BOCW compliance, and implementation of safe work practices and permit systems.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical and instrumentation drawings, schematics, and technical specifications.
- Proficiency in documenting work activities, preparing daily reports, maintaining logs, and supporting audits and inspections.
- Diploma or degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, or related Engineering discipline from a recognized institution.
- Relevant experience in industrial, infrastructure, or utility projects, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with engineers, clients, and site teams.
