Main responsibilities

- Conduct military-style physical training and drills for cadets/students.
- Train students in discipline, parade/drill, fitness and teamwork.
- Conduct activities such as obstacle training, self-defence, camp training, map reading and basic field/battle-craft training, depending on the assigned program. MCF's published training material lists these among its training activities.
- Develop students' leadership, confidence, communication and discipline.
- Supervise training sessions and ensure safety and proper conduct.
- Motivate and assess trainees' physical performance and progress.
- Assist with camps, outdoor activities, competitions and demonstrations.
- Maintain attendance, training records and basic reports.
- Represent the academy professionally and follow its training procedures.

Eligibility

- NCC 'C' & 'B' Certificate
- Graduation completed – any stream
- Both boys and girls can apply
- Should be disciplined, honest and physically fit
- Leadership, training/instruction and communication skills are expected.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹42,685.58 per month
