We are looking for an Instructional Designer to make awesome learning modules.

Duties and





Responsibilities ü Set instructional end goals and create storyboard document that matches them ü Work with Subject Matter Expert to understand the requirement and learning needs ü Determine and apply latest trends and best practices in EdTech and instructional design ü Create compelling courses with interactive learning content and engaging activities ü Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process, devise modes of assessment, such as tests or quizzes, to measure the effectiveness of the course ü Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role-plays, games, etc) ü Visualize instructional graphics, the user interface, and the finished product ü Maintain project documentation and course folders ü Create supporting collaterals / assets that can be used by the Business Development team ü Develop custom Learning solutions for a variety of subjects and industries

Key Skills Desired · Laser sharp eye for detail · Excellent visualization skills · Juggling skills to handle multiple tasks and clients · Command over the English language · Inquisitive mind that's always open to learning · Self-motivated, willing to work hard and learn. · Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
