- LEARNING EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST (Instructional Designer)

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop engaging digital learning and e-learning solutions

- Create storyboards, scripts, scenarios, activities, assessments, and learning content

- Apply instructional design principles and Blooms Taxonomy

- Develop e-learning, microlearning, videos, and interactive learning content

- Must have hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline/Rise, Vyond, Canva, and PowerPoint

- Transform complex SME content into simple, engaging, and learner-centric experiences

- Recommend innovative learning solutions based on business and learner needs

- Explore recent learning tools, technologies, and digital learning approaches

- Manage LMS course creation, configuration, deployment, and learner tracking

- Handle SCORM publishing, completion tracking, assessments, and LMS troubleshooting

- Generate LMS reports and ensure governance and quality checks

- Partner with SMEs, business stakeholders, IT,



and L&D; teams to deliver learning projects

- Manage multiple projects, timelines, reviews, and stakeholder signoffs

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field

- 3+ years of experience in Instructional Design, Digital Learning, E-learning, or L&D;

- Hands-on experience in Articulate Storyline/Rise and SCORM

- Experience with Moodle or similar LMS platforms

- Strong content development, visual design, and storytelling skills

- Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and other digital content creation tools

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
