Are you a seasoned learning designer with a passion for Artificial Intelligence and over 7 years of experience creating impactful, instructor-led training? We're looking for someone like you to help us build the future of AI education.
As an AI Learning Experience Designer, you'll work at the intersection of instructional design and emerging AI technologies designing engaging, hands-on learning programs that serve both technical and non-technical audiences across industries.
? What You’ll Do
- Design structured AI learning journeys-from AI literacy to deep learning
- Collaborate with AI SMEs to create labs, coding challenges & ethical AI scenarios
- Develop instructor-led training assets: slides, labs, case studies, assessments
- Curate up-to-date content that reflects real-world AI use and innovation
- Guide instructors with enablement materials and best practices for live training
✅ What You Bring
- 7+ years of experience in instructional design or learning experience design
- Proven work designing content for AI or emerging tech training programs
- Strong grasp of core AI topics: neural networks, LLMs, and responsible AI
- Experience working with SMEs to turn complex AI concepts into digestible learning
- Knowledge of learning methodologies (Bloom’s Taxonomy, ADDIE, etc.)
- Comfortable working across time zones (US, EMEA, Asia)

- Hands-on AI skills (Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, GitHub)
- Built real-world labs or coding projects in AI
- Familiar with VMs or LMS tools
