Must-Have Skills

Basic understanding of Adult Learning Principles & Instructional Design

Robust written and verbal communication

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word & Excel

Experience through internship, academics, or work in creating learning/training content

Familiarity with LMS platforms

Exposure to authoring tools such as Articulate Rise, Storyline, Adobe Captivate,



Camtasia, or similar tools

Experience creating presentations, multimedia content, or educational resources

Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive learning practices
