We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to support the development, maintenance, and delivery of learning solutions for a large-scale Technology Solutions Lifecycle (TSL) transformation initiative. This role will partner closely with the Project Lead and Senior Learning Experience Designer to create engaging, scalable, and effective learning experiences that support technology, quality, and business process initiatives across the organization.

The ideal candidate is a highly skilled learning professional with strong instructional design, eLearning development, multimedia production, and visual design capabilities. This individual must be comfortable working with technical subject matter experts and transforming complex information into learner-centered training solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Instructional Design & eLearning Development

- Design and develop engaging learning solutions using adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.

- Create eLearning courses, learning modules, assessments, knowledge checks, job aids, quick reference guides, process documentation, and performance support materials.

- Develop storyboards, scripts, learning objectives, and learner activities.

- Transform technical and business process content into clear, engaging learning experiences.

- Conduct quality reviews and implement revisions based on stakeholder and SME feedback.

Multimedia & Content Creation

- Develop interactive eLearning courses using Articulate Rise 360 and Storyline 360.

- Create and edit learning videos using Synthesia and Adobe video production tools.

- Design graphics, infographics, presentations, visual assets, and branded learning materials using Canva.

- Produce multimedia content that aligns with established learning standards and visual design guidelines.

- Ensure all learning deliverables meet accessibility and quality standards.





Project & Stakeholder Support

- Collaborate with project teams, subject matter experts, business stakeholders, and learning team members to gather and validate training requirements.

- Participate in content review meetings and working sessions.

- Track updates, revisions, and action items throughout the development lifecycle.

- Support multiple learning workstreams simultaneously while meeting established timelines and milestones.

- Maintain training documentation, content inventories, project trackers, and development artifacts.

Learning Program Support

- Support training initiatives related to Technology Solutions Lifecycle (TSL) processes, Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Agile, DevOps, testing, quality, and related technology functions.

- Assist with curriculum maintenance and continuous improvement efforts.

- Support learning deployment activities as needed, including LMS updates and learning communications.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Technologies, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.

- 3+ years of professional instructional design experience.

- Demonstrated experience developing eLearning solutions from analysis through implementation.

- Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills.

- Experience collaborating with subject matter experts and cross-functional stakeholders.

- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities,



and meet deadlines in a rapid-paced environment.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Work efficiently within established templates, branding standards, and learning development processes.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience supporting technology, IT, software development, digital transformation, or systems implementation projects.

- Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Agile, DevOps, Jira, qTest, or related methodologies and tools.

- Experience working in a regulated industry such as pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or medical devices.

- Experience supporting enterprise-wide learning and change management initiatives.

- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices for digital learning.
