The incumbent will be responsible for supporting Treasury borrowing programs, fund-raising initiatives, liability management, and Treasury MIS. The role requires hands-on experience in structured financing transactions, including Direct Assignment (DA), Securitisation, IBPC, and other borrowing and capital-raising activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Support end-to-end Treasury borrowing activities and liability management.

- Manage fund-raising transactions through:

- Direct Assignment (DA)

- Securitisation Transactions

- Inter-Bank Participation Certificates (IBPC)

- Term Loans and other structured borrowing instruments

- Coordinate with Banks, Financial Institutions, Mutual Funds, and other lending partners for fund mobilization.

- Assist in capital-raising activities, including debt issuances and other funding avenues.

- Prepare and analyze Treasury MIS, borrowing reports, portfolio performance reports, and management dashboards.

- Monitor borrowing limits, funding costs, liquidity position, and repayment schedules.

- Support documentation, due diligence,



and transaction execution for Treasury deals.

- Liaise with internal stakeholders such as Finance, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Business teams.

- Track market developments, interest rate movements, and funding opportunities.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal Treasury policies.

- Desired Candidate Profile

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Treasury Front Office, Liability Management, or Fund Raising within an NBFC/Bank.

- Strong understanding of:

- Direct Assignment (DA)

- Securitisation

- IBPC Transactions

- Structured Funding Products

- Liability Management

- Capital Raising

- Hands-on experience in dealing with Banks, Financial Institutions, and Investors.

- Solid analytical and financial modeling skills.

- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and MIS reporting.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Qualified Chartered Accountant will be preferred.
