Responsibilities
- Coordinate wallpaper installation projects for residential and commercial clients
- Confirm wall preparation requirements with clients and contractors
- Plan and assign installation teams based on project scope and timelines
- Ensure wallpaper materials, adhesives, and tools are delivered to site
- Track project timelines and manage installation schedules
- Liaise with interior designers, architects, and contractors
- Monitor installation quality and ensure finishing standards are met
- Handle client queries, change requests,
and issue resolution
- Maintain project documentation, contracts, and invoices
- Ensure compliance with safety and site regulations
Requirements
- 3-4 years of coordination experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and project tools
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
