Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on and confident Electrical Installation & Commissioning professional to support electrical site execution, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and project handover.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute and supervise electrical installation at ETP/STP and other project sites.
- Coordinate cable laying, termination, earthing, wiring, and electrical connections.
- Support installation and commissioning of motors, pumps, blowers, mixers, panels, VFDs, and other equipment.
- Read and understand electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and control circuits.
- Support MCC/PLC panels, VFDs, sensors, instrumentation, and basic automation activities.
- Conduct pre-commissioning checks, motor rotation checks, trial runs, and equipment testing.
- Troubleshoot basic electrical, motor, VFD, panel, and field-wiring issues.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, technicians, vendors, and internal teams.
- Prepare daily site reports, checklists, commissioning records, and punch lists.




- Ensure safe and timely completion of assigned site activities.

Technical Skills

- Electrical fundamentals and three-phase systems
- Motors, starters, contactors, relays, and protection
- MCC/PCC/PLC panels and VFDs
- Electrical wiring and cable termination
- Earthing and electrical safety
- Electrical drawing and wiring diagram reading
- Basic instrumentation and sensors
- Basic understanding of pumps, blowers, valves, and ETP/STP processes
- Basic PLC/automation knowledge is an advantage

Candidate Profile

- Diploma in Electrical / EEE / E&E; Engineering.
- Freshers with strong technical fundamentals and practical exposure are encouraged to apply.
- 6 months–1 year of relevant site/industrial electrical experience will be preferred.
- Confident, hands-on, and willing to take ownership.
- Valuable troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willing to travel and stay at project sites across India.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
