We are looking for an experienced Instagram Growth Expert who understands how to grow creator, artist, influencer, and entertainment pages organically.

The candidate will be responsible for managing and growing multiple Instagram pages simultaneously, developing page-specific growth strategies, improving reach and engagement, and ensuring that every page maintains authentic, consistent, and platform-compliant activity.

The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of the Instagram algorithm, Reels distribution, audience behaviour, content discovery, engagement patterns, and creator growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow multiple Instagram creator/artist pages simultaneously.
- Develop a unique growth strategy for each page based on its niche, audience, content, and current performance.
- Analyze Instagram Insights to identify opportunities for increasing Reach, Views, Watch Time, Engagement, Followers, Shares, Saves, and Profile Visits.
- Develop strategies for consistent organic follower and engagement growth.
- Understand how Instagram Reels are distributed and identify factors that influence content discovery.
- Identify trending content formats, sounds, topics, hooks, editing styles, and audience behaviours relevant to each creator.
- Build and maintain content and publishing strategies for multiple pages.
- Optimize posting frequency, timing, captions, hashtags, keywords, covers, and content formats based on performance data.
- Monitor page health, content performance, audience quality, and engagement patterns.
- Conduct competitor and niche research to identify new growth opportunities.
- Develop creator-specific content pillars and growth frameworks.
- Identify high-performing content and create strategies to replicate successful formats without simply copying competitors.
- Coordinate with content creators, editors, designers, and social media managers to improve content output.
- Monitor comments, DMs, mentions, shares, collaborations, and other audience interactions where required.
- Identify opportunities for creator collaborations, cross-promotion, collaborations, trends, and community building.
- Regularly audit pages and recommend improvements to content strategy, profile optimization, and audience positioning.
- Maintain detailed performance reports across multiple pages.
- Test different content formats and strategies and use data to determine what should be scaled.
- Stay updated with Instagram's evolving features, recommendation systems, creator tools, and platform policies.





Multi-Page Management The candidate should be capable of managing multiple creator pages at the same time without compromising quality. They should be able to:

- Prioritize pages based on growth potential and current performance.

Portfolio / Proof of Work Candidates should provide examples of pages they have previously managed or grown, wherever they are authorized to share them.
