About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident freshers to join our Inside Sales team. This is an opportunity to kickstart your career in IT and cybersecurity sales, develop professional communication skills, and gain hands-on experience working with business customers.

Candidates will initially be hired on a 4-month contractual basis. Based on performance, communication skills, learning ability, and overall contribution, candidates may be offered a permanent position with the company.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with potential business customers through cold calling and emails.
- Identify and qualify potential leads.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain engagement.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer records in the CRM.
- Learn about IT products,



SaaS solutions, and cybersecurity offerings.

Who Can Apply?

- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
- Candidates with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, proactive, and comfortable speaking with customers.
- Quick learners with a positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
- Interested in building a career in sales and the technology industry.

Prior experience or knowledge of IT products, SaaS, or technology sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
