- Conduct NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) techniques such as UT (Ultrasonic Testing), RT (Radiography Testing), MT (Magnetic Particle Testing), VT (Visual Testing) to inspect fabricated components for defects or anomalies.
- Perform visual examinations of static equipment including pressure vessels, columns, heat exchangers, and tanks to identify potential issues.
- Collaborate with other teams to troubleshoot problems and develop solutions for repair or replacement of defective components.
- Develop and maintain records of inspection results, test data, and report findings.
Job Requirements :
- ASNT Level II certification in UT, RT, PT (Penetrant Testing), MT (Magnetic Particle Testing).
- Minimum 9-12 years of experience in the oil & gas industry with a focus on non-destructive testing (NDT) inspection engineering.
- Robust knowledge of fabrication processes used in refineries and petrochemical plants.
- Familiarity with relevant codes and standards such as ASTM B31.1.
