We are looking for a dedicated and confident candidate to support our organization in telecalling, customer support, and B2B/schools.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and schools to introduce Math Buddy and its offerings.
- Follow up with existing leads through phone calls, WhatsApp and email.
- Prepare and send sales emails, product information, and proposals to prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and explain the relevant Math Buddy products and services.
- Maintain and regularly update lead and customer records in Excel/CRM.
- Follow up with leads to generate meetings, demonstrations and sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with the sales team for product demonstrations, quotations and further follow-ups.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers until closure or the next stage.
- Prepare basic daily/weekly sales activity reports.

Required Skills:

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Comfortable making sales calls and follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn sales and business development.

Working Hours & Work Week:

- 5-day working week (Monday to Friday)
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Candidates should be comfortable with the above working schedule
