Role Description The Inside Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area. This role involves managing inbound and outbound sales calls, qualifying leads, and nurturing prospects through the sales pipeline. The specialist will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive lead generation activities, prepare quotations, and follow up on proposals.

Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate CRM records, providing product information, addressing customer inquiries, and coordinating with technical teams to ensure solutions align with client needs. The role also includes meeting sales targets,



supporting customer onboarding, and contributing to continuous improvement of sales processes and customer experience.

Qualifications

- Strong Inside Sales skills, including lead qualification, pipeline management, and closing opportunities.
- Experience with Lead Generation and prospecting techniques, preferably in IT, cyber security, cloud, or networking domains.
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills, with a focus on building trust and long-term relationships.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident phone and video conversation abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic sales reporting; ability to work with data and metrics.
- Goal-oriented mindset, with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous experience in inside sales or business development, preferably within the technology or B2B solutions sector.
