Job Summary

As an Inside Sales Representative, you drive 5C Networks sales effort from the front of the funnel: finding potential customers, engaging prospects, and taking them through the sales process. The job is to build real relationships with healthcare providers, understand what is actually broken in their radiology workflow, and show them how our AI teleradiology solutions fix it.

Responsibilities

- This is a B2B seat. Prior B2B experience is preferred, but MBA freshers with genuine motivation for a career in sales are encouraged to apply.
- You will be based at our BTM Layout office in Bangalore, working alongside the marketing and customer success teams and the field sales team that covers our territories.
- We are strongly biased toward candidates who can join quickly. If your notice period is short, your application will move faster because these teams are being built now.
- Lead generation: proactively identify and qualify potential customers through research, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media
- Customer engagement: understand each prospects needs, pain points, and objectives, and present our AI teleradiology solutions in a way that makes the value obvious
- Sales pipeline management: maintain a robust pipeline with accurate, timely CRM updates, and report on key metrics and progress against targets
- Product knowledge: develop deep understanding of our AI teleradiology products and services, stay current on industry trends, and communicate features, benefits, and competitive advantages clearly
- Collaboration: work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success to align strategy, share insight, and keep the customer experience seamless. Your feedback shapes marketing material and sales approach
- Negotiation and closing:



run the process from first contact through contract negotiation and close, handling objections and clearing blockers to win new business
- Customer relationship management: build long-term client relationships, keep satisfaction high, and spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities

Experience

0-3 years

What You Should Have

- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field. MBA freshers with strong motivation and genuine interest in a sales career are encouraged to apply
- Prior inside sales experience is preferred, particularly in healthcare, technology, or B2B. Highly motivated freshers with the requisite skills and enthusiasm will also be considered
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with prospects and clients
- A results orientation with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce, and other sales enablement tools
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently and within a team Even Better If You Have
- A robust understanding of the healthcare market, particularly teleradiology and AI applications
- Experience selling into hospitals, diagnostic centres, or imaging chains
- Fluency in a second Indian language alongside English

Work Schedule

- 6 days a week, Monday through Saturday
- Working hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
