Role Description The Inside Sales Representative is a full-time, in office role based in Nagpur. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, engaging with leads generated through various channels, and converting prospects into customers for Hoora’s services and products.

Responsibilities include explaining service offerings and pricing, understanding customer needs, recommending suitable solutions,



and following up to ensure timely closures.

The Inside Sales

Representative will maintain accurate records in the CRM, support account management activities, coordinate with operations to ensure smooth service delivery, and contribute to sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

● Qualification : Any Graduates ( Min 60% or 6.0 CGPA in 10th,12th & Graduation)

● Financial Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial concepts, products, and overall market trends.

● Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to manage client interactions and deliver pitch presentations.

● Analytical Skills: Good analytical, problem-solving, and market research abilities to identify competitive growth opportunities.

● Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

● Mindset: Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of operating under business development targets.
