nAbout the job
nWe are seeking a motivated and results-driven RCM (medical billing or credentialing) Inside Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is to convert qualified leads with our healthcare clients.
n
nRole requires frequent phone and video interaction with English-speaking clients; candidates must be able to communicate clearly and effectively.
n
nQualifications:
n Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, Communications, or a related field preferred.
n Mandatory 2-3+ years of experience doing inside sales as a Closer.
n Mandatory 1+ years of US RCM Medical Billing and/or Provider Enrollment knowledge
nExperience working in EST hours 9am-6pm Mon-Fri.
n Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
nStrong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
n Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
nHighly organized with robust time management and multitasking abilities.

- At least 1 year of prior work from home experience during EST hours

- Work Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST | Monday–Friday
