Qualifications and Skills

- 1 to 3 years of experience in inside sales or a similar role

- Experience in the printing industry is highly preferred

- Knowledge of packaging solutions and printing techniques

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills

- Ability to build and maintain robust client relationships

- Self-motivated and target-driven

- Good organizational and time management skills

- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite

- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field

Roles and Responsibilities

- Reach out to potential clients through cold calling, emails, and other communication channels to generate leads

- Understand client needs and requirements and provide suitable solutions using our range of printing and packaging services





- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business

- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients, showcasing our products and services and explaining their benefits

- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

- Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and new products/services in the printing and packaging industry

- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall sales objectives

- Provide accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts

- Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads
