We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive – Marble to handle customer enquiries, explain marble products, generate sales leads, follow up with customers, and support the sales team in achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements for marble and related products.
- Explain product specifications, availability, and pricing.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate customer orders.
- Maintain customer records and databases.
- Coordinate with showroom, warehouse, and delivery teams.
- Follow up with customers until order closure.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Support the sales team in achieving targets.
Required Skills
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Experience in inside sales preferred.
- Basic knowledge of marble, tiles, or building materials.
