- Research and identify target accounts across Startups, Mid-market, and

Enterprise segments

- Execute outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, calls, and campaigns to generate qualified leads
- Engage with decision-makers such as CTOs, CDOs, Engineering Heads, and

Product Leaders

- Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities using defined frameworks (ICP,

BANT, MEDDICC-lite, etc.)

- Schedule discovery meetings and demos for Sales team
- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in CRM
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, events, and content-driven outreach
- Support account-based selling initiatives and partner-led opportunities
- Continuously provide market feedback on messaging, positioning, and competitive landscape

Qualifications & Skills





- 3–5 years of experience in Inside Sales / SDR / BDR roles within IT services or technology companies
- Strong outbound prospecting and lead generation experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to articulate technology value propositions (Data, AI, Cloud, Engineering services preferred)
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms
- High energy, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong research skills and structured qualification approach
