Hiring: Inside Sales Representative

Role

We’re looking for a result-driven inside sales representative to handle real estate leads, engage with prospective buyers, schedule site visits, and drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound & outbound calls and generate qualified leads.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Follow up with prospects through calls and WhatsApp.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.
- Maintain lead records and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly calling, visit, and sales targets.

Requirements
- 6 months–1 year experience in real estate/inside sales.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation abilities.
- Target-orientated and self-motivated.
- Hyderabad real estate knowledge is a plus.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
