- Generate recent business leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other sources.

- Understand customer import/export requirements and provide suitable freight solutions.

- Prepare and follow up on freight quotations to convert leads into business.

- Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective customers.

- Update leads, enquiries, quotations, and sales pipeline in Excel.

- Follow up on pending quotations and support monthly sales targets.

- Handle customer queries and ensure timely responses.

- Maintain basic knowledge of freight rates, shipping lines, routes, and forwarding processes.
