Role Description The Inside Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division.

Responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound calls, qualifying leads, and converting inquiries into sales opportunities for waterproofing, repair, and rehabilitation services. The role involves maintaining a sales pipeline, following up with prospects, preparing basic quotations or proposals, and coordinating with the operations team for site visits and service delivery.

The Inside Sales

Executive will update CRM systems, track sales activities,



and provide regular reports on lead status and conversions. Daily tasks also include responding to customer queries, sharing service information, and supporting overall sales targets through consistent communication and relationship-building.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, with experience in managing a sales funnel and converting leads.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written abilities for engaging with prospects and customers.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and relationship management.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills, including basic negotiation, objection handling, and closing techniques.
- Relevant experience in construction, building materials, or related service industries is an advantage.
- Comfort using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic office software to track leads and prepare reports.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune Division, collaborate with field teams, and meet defined sales targets.
- Preferred qualification: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
