UrbanRoof is looking for an Inside Sales Executive to manage customer enquiries and drive sales through effective communication and follow-ups.
Responsibilities
- Handle leads through calls, email & Business WhatsApp.
- Follow up with prospective customers.
- Understand requirements and explain services.
- Share quotations and coordinate site visits.
- Maintain lead records and update CRM.
- Achieve sales and conversion targets.
Requirements
- Good communication skills.
- Robust follow-up and persuasion skills.
- Customer-focused and target-oriented.
- Basic CRM/Excel knowledge.
- Freshers are welcome.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
