Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Executive role based in Jaipur.

The Inside Sales

Executive will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to inquiries, and present suitable product options to customers and channel partners.

Responsibilities include lead generation, follow-up on prospects, preparing quotations, processing orders, and coordinating with warehouse and logistics for timely delivery. The role involves maintaining accurate records in the sales system,



updating customer databases, and supporting sales campaigns and promotions.

The Inside Sales

Executive will collaborate closely with the field sales team, provide after-sales support, and contribute to meeting revenue and customer satisfaction targets.

Qualifications

- Strong Inside Sales and Sales skills, with experience in meeting targets and managing a sales pipeline.
- Lead Generation and prospecting skills, including identifying new opportunities and qualifying leads.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for handling calls, emails, and building long-term relationships.
- Basic understanding of automotive parts or industrial products; prior experience in the automotive sector is an advantage.
- Ability to work with CRM or sales management tools, and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple inquiries and orders in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Comfort working in office in Jaipur and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
