Role & responsibilities

- Lead Generation &
- Outbound Prospecting

- Proactively discover and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calling, online databases, and industry network referrals.

- Inbound Consultation &

- Client Nurturing

- Respond promptly to incoming business enquiries, acting as the first point of contact for prospective B2B clients.

- Conduct thorough needs-assessments to understand client equipment needs, technical specifications, job site locations, and rental durations.

- Deal Conversion &





- Relationship Management

- Educate prospective clients on the strategic and financial advantages of Rentease's equipment rental and sales solutions.

- Execute consistent, professional follow-up schedules via phone and email to successfully convert active pipelines into revenue.

- Cross-Functional Coordination &

- Proposal Management

- Prepare and share formal commercial proposals, rate sheets, and highly accurate pricing quotations with clients.

- Collaborate seamlessly with internal Sales, Rental, Operations, and Accounts teams to guarantee flawless execution of customer orders.

- CRM &

- Data Integrity

- Maintain up-to-date, organized records of all leads, interactions, follow-ups, quotations, and final win/loss conversions within the company database.

Preferred candidate profile

- Education: Graduate in any stream (Business Administration, Commerce, or Marketing backgrounds are a plus).

- Experience: 03 years of experience in inside sales, pre-sales, tele-facing client management, or corporate business development.
