- Generate recent business leads through outbound calls, online enquiries, referrals, databases, IndiaMART, website leads, and other sources.

- Respond promptly to inbound enquiries and understand customer requirements.

- Promote the company's equipment rental and sales solutions to prospective customers.

- Make regular follow-up calls and emails to convert leads into business.

- Understand customer requirements related to equipment, rental duration, location, specifications, and availability.

- Coordinate with the Sales, Rental, Operations, and Accounts teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.

- Prepare and share quotations and commercial proposals with customers.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, enquiries, follow-ups, quotations, and conversions in
